Chapter 202: It's All A Dream (10)
“Since I have already awakened my <Supreme> ability and tested that it’s legit, I’ll tell Asther about it.”
Allen decided to tell his younger brother about his awakening of his <Supreme> ability. And as Asther had guessed, he had indeed awakened a luck-related <Supreme> ability, and because of that, he could take the <Supreme Luckster> title.
He doubted that there would be another Supreme with greater luck than his since he knew that his luck was just too cheating. Those who play gacha games would without a doubt envy him since he could get all of the highest-rated characters in a gacha game in a set of rolls.
With that decision in mind, Allen sat on his desk as he operated his computer, opening his chatting platform.
A few minutes passed and Allen had already conversed with Asther about his awakening of his <Supreme> ability, and because of that, Asther wanted to witness it personally.
From what Asther told him about in their online chat, Asther would visit him an hour from now, which should be impossible due to Asther’s laboratory being situated in a different country than where he was, but Asther wasn’t the <Supreme Inventor> for nothing!
Asther had a lot of inventions and technology at his disposal that weren’t released for public use, such as a teleportation gadget and many more.
Even his computer was given to him by Asther, and it was by no means a normal computer since not only did it have a very high ROM and RAM, but it also had a very advanced firewall, so it was nigh impossible for an international-level hacker to bypass his firewall.
Asther even claimed that it would take at least a day for the <Supreme Hacker> to successfully hack the computer that Asther had given him, and that was why he was grateful to his younger brother for giving him his inventions.
When he was waiting for Asther’s arrival, Allen was currently playing poker as he kept on testing his luck. And he wasn’t disappointed in doing so since most of the time, he got either a Royal Flush or a Straight Flush, and on rare occasions, a four of a kind.
Because of that, his chips easily reached a trillion in just a week, and due to him not having any cheats, the Admin couldn’t ban him. Well, they could, but if they did that, Allen wouldn’t just sit and do nothing, as he would do what he could within his power to fuck them up.
Allen kept on playing poker to the point that he got bored since he kept on winning. He was reported numerous times but none of those reports were successful due to him not using any cheats to win.
After playing poker, he went to play gacha again as he went to a forum afterward to flex the SSR characters that he had obtained from the game. Of course, doing so made the keyboard warriors and netizens cry bloody tears.
How could they not when they spent countless gems but could only obtain 1 SSR character, unlike Allen, who had already unlocked all of the SSR and SR characters?
And in games, Allen easily obtained those rare drops that only spawned in decimals, or other words, were almost impossible to get.
As he was playing gacha games, Allen heard his doorbell ring continuously in an unusual pattern, which was a code that only Allen and Asther knew about. They decided to do that just for fun and for Allen as well, to easily know that Asther has visited him.
Descending to the first floor due to his room being on the second floor, Allen headed to his front door as he opened it and what greeted his sight was Asther in his civilian attire with a noticeable bracelet wrapped around his wrist.
Allen instantly noticed it as Asther’s teleportation bracelet, so it wasn’t shocking to him how fast Asther arrived since Asther just teleported from his house to here. As long as Asther inputted the coordinates in his teleportation bracelet, it would immediately teleport him to that location, and that was why it didn’t take even half an hour for Asther to arrive at his house.
Not only that, Allen noticed that Asther had an eager and excited expression on his face, and it was without a doubt because of his awakening.
“Allen, have you really awakened your <Supreme> ability?”
Asther asked again for confirmation since it was different from reading it in an online chat and hearing it from Allen personally.
“How about you witness it yourself? Then you will know whether I am telling the truth or not.”
Allen replied to Asther’s question with another question. For Allen, he preferred Asther to witness his <Supreme> ability so that he wouldn’t doubt the authenticity of his <Supreme> ability.
“Don’t mind if I do.”
Saying those words, Asther entered Allen’s house as they headed to Allen’s room.
Allen had already said in their online chat before that he would prove the authenticity of his <Supreme> ability by playing luck-related games such as Gacha and Poker.
Because of that, even Asther was interested since he was getting pissed off at how rigged those gacha games were. If he didn’t use his inventions that could cheat the probability of the gacha pulls in a gacha game, he wouldn’t have gotten those SSR characters.
Of course, it went without saying that Asther was banned from that gacha game, considering it wasn’t difficult for the game developer to detect that Asther was cheating. After all, the previous gacha game that Asther had played was developed by the <Supreme Game Developer>.
So it wasn’t farfetched to claim that Asther still had a grudge towards the <Supreme Game Developer> for banning him from that gacha game. Thus, he had requested Allen to prove the authenticity of his <Supreme> ability by playing the gacha game that was developed by the <Supreme Game Developer>.
It was clear that Asther requested Allen about that out of spite. And Asther couldn’t wait to see the reaction of the <Supreme Game Developer> after he got all of the SSR characters without cheating as his revenge.
