Chapter 41: Dragon Hunting With My Sisters
So… It seems like I was basically proposed to by the two Amraps.
I already knew that in their culture, strength was something that they find extremely desirable to the point that some obsessed over it. But I didn’t think Ardi and Odeta would propose to me when they knew me for only a little more than a week just because I showed them my strength.
Scratch that, I knew about Ardi’s infatuation but Odeta was news to me.
Aside from that, they didn’t even comment on the fact that I was a futa. In fact, they proceeded with their plan of bathing with me despite that.
I ended up getting stuck in between the Amrap sisters in the bathtub and as nice as the bath felt, it was also incredibly stressful for me especially considering Odeta was the one sitting in front of me.
I have to say one thing though, the bath bonding really did help in making me feel closer to them.
No, not in the physical sense, damn it.
Although… That night I also started sleeping with them in their camp instead of my own bed.
Again, nothing happened ok?! We just cuddled!
I have to admit that after sleeping with Mother for so long, having the bed all to myself felt a little uncomfortable.
After that, we fell into a routine where we would go out and hunt in the dungeon in the morning and return back home to do a little bit of light training. We’ll then take a bath together before going to sleep together as well.
And after fighting that wyvern for a few times, we were now confident of taking on the next boss with our party.

Odeta is now strong enough to fight a bear on her own rather easily, which was apparently also quite abnormal even for Amraps according to Ardi.
But well, even then, we’re now up against a dragon. Even though it might be an infant, it is still a dragon, a monster that is still capable of crushing the two Amraps on its own.
Which is why I had taken the time to teach Odeta how to use the bow, just so that she can fight the dragon using my Tornado Bow that is now in her hands from a safer distance.
Good thing I kept that trashy asshole’s arrows too, so she could use it without me needing to tell them about my Umbramancy to make arrows for her.
“I’ve fought wyverns before, but this is the first time I’m actually fighting a dragon,” Ardi grinned, tapping her shoulder with the shaft of her axe.
Odeta pumped her fists, “I’ll do my best too! I won’t shame your bow, sister Aster!”
Well, I’d like to say that the bow wasn’t really mine to begin with, but then again… It kind of is a spoil of war from that trashy asshole so I guess it is mine?
But to hear such enthusiastic words coming from Odeta… It kind of makes me feel a little shy…
“Oh would you look at that? Aster’s being shy now!” Ardi chuckled.
“Eh? I’m not!” I denied quickly.
How did she know?!
“Ahahaha! There’s no need to hide it! We’ve been together for quite a while now! You may not have noticed, but your tail is quite expressive, you know?!”
I looked behind me, narrowing my eyes at the tail that was swishing around slightly.
Ardi continued, “Like just now, the tip of your tail curled inwards between your legs, I already know that means you’re embarrassed!”
I puffed my cheeks at her, “How close were you even watching me to notice that, you pervert!”
She grinned at me, “Heh, no need to be embarrassed Aster! We’re gonna be mates in the future anyway!”
Looks like she’s still on about that huh… Could they be considered the childhood friends who promised to marry in the future? IF only I met them sooner I suppose.
We reached the bottom of the stairs which would lead us to the boss room where the dragon was waiting for us.
Even though we’ve only fought together a few times, we’ve already grown comfortable enough with each other so there was no hesitation in our steps.
Besides, we already planned for this.
Odeta started off the fight by firing an arrow at the dragon while both Ardi and I rushed the monster.
The dragon only had time to turn its head towards us before the arrow lodged itself at the side of its neck.
While it was distracted by that, I had already reached within striking distance of its head.
I wasted no time in casting a silent [Body current] to strengthen my arm before punching it in the side of its head, the force enough to cause its head to whip to the side.
Ardi swung her axe slashed at the dragon’s foreleg, the blade sinking deep into its flesh and leaving a gash on its scales.
The dragon snapped its head back, presumably to get revenge on me for my attack earlier, only to see my tail whip towards its snout to smack its head into the ground.
If I was trying to kill it, I would jump onto its head and break its skull right now. But since I’m not, I leapt away from it, allowing Odeta to take another shot at it.
I wasn’t sure if she intentionally aimed for it, but the arrow buried itself into the dragon’s left eye.
It roared out in pain, letting out a gout of flames from its jaws that barely missed me as I dove to the side to avoid it.
Unfortunately, that gave the dragon the opportunity to leap away from me, unfurling its wings to glide straight for our archer at the back and swiping its claws at her.
To her credit, Odeta did not panic and leapt backwards, avoiding the attack completely and using that chance to shoot another arrow as well.
I wasn’t going to let it go any further than that so I grabbed it by the tail and pulled it back, slamming the dragon down onto the ground.
“Ha! To even manhandle a dragon like that! Just how strong are you really, Aster?!” Ardi laughed before leaping on the dragon’s back.
With a deft swing of her arms, her axe cut a large gash in the membranes of the dragon’s wings, preventing it from using it to glide away again.
The dragon bucked its back, tossing Ardi away to roll onto the ground.
It then lifted its leg above Ardi and I was reminded of the time it stomped on my cookies.
Not on my watch!!
I pulled its tail again, using all my strength this time to fling it away from Ardi to send it flying away to crash into the wall.
Ardi looked up from her crouching position and gaped at me, “Aster… Marry me!”
I was saved from the need to answer her when a ball of fire exploded near me and I had to roll away to avoid it.
Odeta took the chance to shoot another arrow again, this time the projectile piercing its other eye, effectively blinding it.
Ardi quickly got back on her feet, enraged that the dragon practically ruined her proposal.
She let out a roar and charged the blind dragon, the lizard still shrieking in pain from its lost eyeball.
“Let’s see how you like this?!!” She roared, bringing the axe down on the foreleg she had slashed earlier, cutting through it and lopping the entire limb clean off.
Swinging the axe back around, she smashed the flat of her axe against the head of the dragon, smashing it back into the wall.
Wind suddenly blew from the dragon and she raised her axe to try and block it.
Unfortunately, the wind proved to be too strong and the spell casted by the dragon blew her back.
The dragon must have also sensed that its wind had hit someone and lowered its head in Ardi’s direction, shooting out another ball of fire at her.
“Sister Ardi!” Odeta yelled worriedly, shooting another arrow at the dragon to prevent it from running after her.
Rushing forward, I caught Ardi in my arms and leapt away before the fire could engulf us.
“Are you alright, Ardi?” I asked.
“Heh heh… My future mate saving me again~ You really know how to make an Amrap fall for ya,” She chuckled, looking up at me.
I lowered her back on the ground, “I’ll get it’s attention again, do you think you can finish it off?”
“Heh, with your help? I can beat anything!”
“Odeta! Aim for the limb that was cut off!” I called out while rushing towards the dragon with Ardi trailing along behind me.
She obeyed and loosed an arrow that hit where I asked her to immediately. She seems to have a talent for the bow, unexpectedly.
The blinded dragon immediately hissed and snapped at the space in front of the severed limb, incorrectly assuming that we were there.
That angle gave me the best opportunity to punch it in its face and stunning it with a silent cast of [Static Shock], giving Ardi just enough for her to raise her axe overhead and slamming it down on top of the dragon’s head.
It tried to shoot out another fire ball but I quickly punched it again, casting another [Static Shock] at the same time to paralyse it once more.
Ardi raised her axe again and slammed it down on the dragon’s head, completely shattering its skull with a loud boom and killing it.
“Wahahaha! I guess we can be considered dragonslayers now!” Ardi laughed triumphantly.
“Big sister Aster!! You’re so strong!! You managed to handle the dragon so easily!” Odeta squealed, having rejoined us from the backlines.
“Heh heh, looks like Odeta’s pretty attached to you now, Aster. That’s making me feel a little jealous~”
I grinned at her, “Oh, does Ardi want to hug me too? You can just do it without asking me, you know?
I didn’t expect her to actually take up my offer and I got pulled into a crushing hug while Odeta still hung on my waist.
“Wahahaha! You’re the best sister ever Aster! I can’t wait for you to be an adult so we can mate!”
“Ehh?! Not fair sister Ardi! I want to be sister Aster’s mate too!”
“Heh heh! Then we can share!”
“Oh! Good idea, sister Ardi!”
…
I’m not even going to comment on that.
