Surviving The Fourth Natural Disaster - Chapter 20: Arriving at the capital (3)
Chapter 20: Arriving at the capital (3)
Flying above the capital inner city was prohibited. Frank, who gave Hill half an hour, finally landed impatiently at the gate of the inner city.
Hill was actually very satisfied. Not to mention the outer city, no matter how prosperous it was. This large city composed of western-style buildings had not attracted the attention of a modern person.
The inner city was different. All kinds of exquisite temples with different styles attract Hill’s attention. These magnificent buildings were colorful and majestic.
After the temple area was a gorgeous aristocrats’ residence area. All kinds of elegant manors were exquisitely designed, prosperous like a dream, picturesque, exquisite and profound as if you are in a fairy tale world.
Well, Hill thought: this was indeed a fantasy world. No wonder Adrian didn’t think the town he designed was so beautiful, only the water system was worthy of praise.
Frank impatiently told Adrian to stop Hill, who was distracted and walked into the city gate.
The noise caught Hill’s attention.
Even Frank stopped in his tracks: the undead has come!
The inner city guards didn’t seem to realize that these women in flirtatious clothes were high-level undead professionals.
They told them in a flirtatious tone not to enter the aristocratic district to find business.
Adrian asked suspiciously: “Can’t they see the names on the heads of the undead?”
Hill asked: “Why aren’t the guards professionals?”
Adrian said: “Can only professionals see it? then let the knights guard the city gate!”
Frank said: “Their names are changed by elements, so it’s only professionals can see it!”
He asked Hill: “What’s the matter with the clothes?”
Hill looked at the exquisite short dress, speechless: You might as well wear armor and mage robes!
He calmed down and said, “They are all professionals, and they are probably used to wearing light clothes. Aren’t the elves also used to wearing short skirts and shorts?”
Frank frowned and said, “Living in the forest, it’s easy to move around so they wear less. Normally, elves also wear a lot of clothes when they go out!”
Hill could only answer: “The undead never care about other people’s thoughts and opinions.”
Fran could only acquiesce to this answer and ask Adrian to deal with it. There were a lot of onlookers, all of whom seemed to want to see how the undead would treat these guards, and no one went up to make a rescue.
Frank wasn’t in the mood to wait.
It was a pity that those undead girls finally understand the vulgar meaning of the guard’s words.
Several guards had their tunics burned off by the sudden fireball. Screaming, they threw down their weapons and covered them with their hands, and several earthen walls trapped them.
Hill heard a female voice: “The ass is quite white.”
The onlookers were silent, and no one dared to speak out. Not even the wildest female adventurer they knew was this tough.
Adrian stopped in his tracks and went back to them: “Hill, was it the same when you went to see them?”
“Didn’t you go there?”
“At that time they were all dressed in sackcloth. They hunted and built houses and farmed every day, although they often quarrel, I haven’t seen this kind of…”
“When I went, they were very busy. William’s men were very polite to them, and no one provoked them. But the fights and curses between them were very vicious. Girls will also swear.”
“Adventurers can also swear, regardless of gender. But they will never do this. Few women dare to do it.”
“Are there any mages among these adventures? with that identities give them confidence.”
Adrian thought for a while: “That’s true. But are all undead girls so tough?”
Hill said nothing and sneered in his heart: In front of NPC, who cares about an image?
Frank suddenly said, “There is a priest! It’s all right? That one doesn’t care about believers too much!”
Hill could only continue to beep in his heart: the nurse is just a profession.
These few female undead squatted on the top of the earthen wall, completely ignoring the crowd of onlookers, pointing at the cowering guards inside, and whispering about their appearance.
At this time, a group of knights ran out from inside. The leader shouted: “Ladies! Show some mercy!”
Adrian almost laughed: “William’s bodyguard.”
