Rebirth Of The Mightiest Disciple (Reboot) - Chapter 339: One Sided Beatdown
Chapter 339: One Sided Beatdown
“Alright then read? Let the match between Ryozanpaku and Yomi begin!” declared Diego
“And end!” shouted Sigmaringen rushing at Kenichi with far more speed than he had shown previously. He had hidden how fast he really was in his previous fight as a way to surprise his real opponent.
‘It’s over!’ thought Sigmaringen as his scythe. began to descent towards Kenichi’s head.
Then quite similar to all Kenichi’s opponents up til now, Sigmaringen found himself in a world of hurt.
Kenichi sent a lightning fast jab right into Sigmaringen’s face, causing him to wince as he took a step back, but Kenichi took two steps forward and slightly left, allowing the shaft to descend on his shoulder instead of the toe of the scythe cut into him. Sigmaringen tried to pull his scythe back to cut into Kenichi’s back, only to lose the strength in his arms as Kenichi punched him hard in the stomach. If Sigmaringen hadn’t taken in his master’s style and didn’t wear anti-shock plating over his stomach as well as a bulletproof vest, then Sigmaringen would have lost consciousness already.
‘I still-‘ thought Sigmaringen only to have the thought process interrupted as Kenichi grabbed his right arm and flung him into the ropes surrounding the ring. Sigmaringen desperately tried to grab the rope with his left hand, hoping it would keep him in place but the recoil was too strong to keep his grip on the rope, though amazingly he still had a firm grip on his scythe.
Sigmaringen tried to attack, using the recoil speed in hopes of surprising Kenichi, only to see a black-covered knee slamming into his face. Kenichi did a HANUMAN THAYARN, or a flying knee right into Sigmaringen’s face. Sigmaringen’s whole body did a 270-degree flip in the air from the impact. However, Kenichi wasn’t done. While still in the air, he twisted his waist and did an Axe Kick right at Sigmaringen’s head, forcing his head to crash down into the floor, landing face down and clearly unconscious now.
“And that’s the match” declared Diego who could clearly see that Sigmaringen was out for the count if all those erratic twitching accounted for anything, “And that was… 10 seconds”
Sigmaringen was lucky that Kenichi controlled himself otherwise the match would have ended in a single strike from him and would have died as well.
Diego also knew that so he snickered at that part. He had put his own personal bet that the fight wouldn’t even last past 30 seconds with Kenichi winning and that was because he saw Kenichi bringing his bo-staff in the ring otherwise he would have better on lesser time than this. But even then a lot of people disagreed and placed bets against him. Of course, the only disappointing part was that someone had placed the same bet as he did, and would be taking half the profit. Still, it was fun to watch the one-sided fight. Now if only Kenichi lariat instead of a flying knee after that beautiful rope action, and then ended it with a flying press. Then that would have been a flashy ending.
“Better get this party started” mused Diego as he stood up from his seat.

Kenichi heard cackling laughter as he sensed someone approaching him with extreme speed.
“I was waiting for you bastard,” said Kenichi as he grabbed the unconscious body of Sigmaringen and placed it right between himself and the southern coming for him.
“Fuck!” cursed Mihai as he saw Kenichi putting his disciple before himself and his scythe. He used his strength to change the direction of his scythe as it landed on the ground of the ring cutting it like a knife on butter.
“Oh! And here I thought you would continue the attack and cut through your disciple to get to me, looks like you are better than Jenazad at the very least.” Kenichi said as he threw Sigmaringen’s body towards Mihai.
Mihai saw his disciple’s unconscious body coming towards him and grabbed him by his left hand bringing him to his side only to see that Kenichi has stepped into his zone and was in the mid of attacking him.
Mihai didn’t dodge it as he was wearing a Shock absorption plate and bulletproof vest just like his disciple but of higher quality, so instead of dodging or blocking the attack, he himself brought his scythe to slash Kenichi as even though Kenichi’s attack would land first it wouldn’t affect him and he would be able to see the despair on his face before he cuts him down with his scythe.
Kenichi already knew about the shock absorption plate and the bulletproof vest so he used one of the strongest techniques of Gentle Fist that doesn’t care about these types of Protection.
EIGHT TRIGRAMS MOUNTAIN CRUSHER
Kenichi hits Mihai at close range with a powerful wave of chakra(ki) emitted from his palm, which sends Mihai flying back, causing severe damage. None of the protection worked against the wave of chakra and sent the body of the Grandmaster in Scythe flies backward.
The damage was severe enough that Mihai coughed blood after his back crashed against the wall of the ship shaking it so much that many people fell on the ground.
“Fuck! You bastard” spat Mihai as he spat out blood, “I thought you Katsujinken were all about honor and shit,”
“Says the asshole trying to surprise attack me. You don’t even have the honor of a martial artist just stop calling yourself a Grandmaster and become a petty killer that suits you much better” Kenichi said
“Leave it, Kenichi! What does this guy even know about honor? Masters aren’t supposed to interfere with their disciple’s fight” Sakaki said as he came to stand beside Kenichi.
“Screw that shit! as long as I killed everyone here then whatever I say will become the truth. And how the hell do think that bastard is still a disciple?” Mihai questioned
“Which you only found out after attacking me by surprise? Had I been a normal disciple my head would have been rolling on the ground by now. Seriously you would think that at the very least he would have the guts to attack from the front instead of the back but it looks like scythe users are just petty killers in the end”
