Chapter 241: Plans To Forge An Identity
In the middle of a forest, four silhouettes appeared. Their appearance became clearer as the sunlight illuminated their figures.
Breathing the fresh air that was free from pollution, the figure wearing a white cloak marveled at the clean environment. That figure was none other than Allen Walker while the rest of the three figures were Iris, John, and Deus.
Using his <Supreme Creator> and <Supreme Tailor> talent, Allen created numerous non-modern clothing and used his <Supreme Fashionista> talent to instantly switch John and Deus’ modern clothing into the non-modern ones.
“Finally! I have arrived at another world!”
Ignoring the astonished expression of Deus and John, Allen declared his arrival in another world.
It was Allen’s first time traveling to a fantasy world. After all, the MA Planet was filled with sci-fi elements while Deus’ world was no different from planet earth.
So arriving at a fantasy world was new to Allen but he knew that he shouldn’t remain complacent unlike when he was in his world. After all, this fantasy world wasn’t his turf and he wasn’t the strongest here so he dare not remain complacent.
There were an unknown number of Heretic Gods that were a lot stronger than him and if it wasn’t for his <[Absolute Order]> authority, he would have already been too cautious when he arrived in this world.
But Allen was confident that he wouldn’t be killed that easily by those Heretic Gods since not only was Iris and him capable of defeating those Heretic Gods, but John could also defeat those Heretic Gods if he used his authorities.
That was why Allen didn’t fear the Heretic Gods that much. After all, as long as he still has remaining usages for his <[Absolute Order]>, he was absolute.
With that in mind, Allen’s confidence wasn’t unfounded. After all, Allen wouldn’t have participated in the Main Task if it was too difficult to the point that the world the Main Task was held in was filled with Semi-Supreme Beings.
After all, he could only use his <[Absolute Order]> thrice and only once at Universe Realm Semi-Supreme Beings so if he was swarmed by an army of Perfection Realm Semi-Supreme Beings and several Transcendent Realm Semi-Supreme Beings, then he was good as dead.
But since this world only has at least a Perfection Realm Peak Stage as the strongest from Allen’s estimations, he didn’t have to worry too much about his and Iris’ safety in this world much less Deus and John.
Although, it would prove to be a difficult task to convert 1 million living beings into believers of Zenchianism than defeating 10 Heretic Gods. Allen knew that to make that sub-task a lot easier to accomplish, he and his chat group members needed the support of Distere. After all, Distere possessed the Supreme Heretic System which would undoubtedly help him in converting living beings into believers of Zenchianism.
That was why Allen’s first course of action was to find out the whereabouts of Distere Faith in this world or else their Main Task would be considered a failure if they found out that he had already died due to their negligence.
But first, Allen knew that they had to find settlement first and forge their identity in this world or else they would attract unwanted suspicion amongst themselves from the inhabitants of this world, especially those Heretic Gods.
Recovering from their shock of Allen instantly swapping their clothes with the non-modern clothes that Allen had created, John and Deus looked at him as they waited for his explanation.
“Don’t mind my actions. I have used my <Supreme> talents to create non-modern clothes and used one of my <Supreme> talents to instantly switch your clothing. As I have said before, the four of us must have non-modern clothing so we can integrate into this world without arousing the suspicions of this world’s inhabitants.”
Allen explained to John and Deus in a matter-of-fact tone as he started explaining their identities in this world.
“As you have noticed from your clothing, that will be our identity in this world.”
Pointing his finger at both John and Deus’ clothing that was of an adventurer, Allen started to explain their role.
“The two of you will be acting as wandering adventurers. It will be up to the both of you on how you will deepen your background using lies and fabrication but make sure not to get caught or else I will be forced to take drastic measures.”
By drastic measures, Allen already had a last resort if both John and Deus’ identity as an otherworlder was exposed and that was to use his mind-control <Supreme> talents to remove the memories of those people that had known about John and Deus’ true identity.
But that wouldn’t be deemed as a last resort if it wasn’t one since by doing so, the Heretic Gods might likely catch wind of his actions. It wouldn’t be ideal for Allen to attract the attention of the Heretic Gods before they met Distere since Allen needed to make sure of Distere’s safety until he becomes a member of the chat group.
“What if they asked for our adventurer card or adventurer’s license?”
Deus asked Allen since he didn’t know what he would do in that situation. After all, Deus wasn’t a Supreme when it came to lying and fabrication unlike Allen and he also wasn’t someone who was experienced in deception.
“Isn’t that obvious? We can just tell them that we lost our adventurer card when we were chased by a magic beast or something. But that would lead to us being paid a fine for losing our adventurer card and since we don’t have any money, that would be a problem.”
It wasn’t Allen who replied to Deus’ question but John since John was quite experienced in many things due to being a regressor and lying was one of the many things he had honed in the apocalypse.
“You don’t have to worry about it.”
Allen reassured John about his worry as he already have a plan in mind.
“That is when my identity comes in.”
