MMORPG: Crowd Control - 229 Ravenoid Clan
The enemies were quickly dealt with by the guild members of Zero Fear, and it was more of a slaughter than an actual fight.
“The three of you continue to rest here for a while. I’m going to meet up with Griselda now.” Lei Zhen said and told them to rest.
Although they have been fighting for 20 minutes or so, those times were actually more tedious than the dungeon they were in. After all, there were simply too many spells to blockade and too many enemies to retaliate on.
Jessica nodded her head and gave him a thumbs up.
“You should go then. I can tell she is a high-rank member, so for her to come and save a lowly member like you, it’s a blessing.” She said, unaware of Lei Zhen’s rank and status in the Zero Fear guild.
Though it was mainly because Lei Zhen didn’t feel the need to brag about being the guild leader. There was no point in revealing that information to them since they heard enough of what was needed.
And with that said, Lei Zhen headed over to Griselda’s location where she was tying up the clown-like person.
“Have you discovered his identity?” Lei Zhen asked, not even bothering to glance at the person.
“Yes, he’s Tyron, a pretty high-ranked member of the Ravenoid Clan.” Griselda sneered coldly, almost as if the Ravenoid Clan was nothing but ants to her eyes.
“These guys are pretty gutsy to ambush you. But then again, I’m surprised these trash was able to cause you quite a headache.” She added, teasing him for calling assistance.
Lei Zhen shrugged his shoulders.
“They were using numbers against us, so I’ll have to call for assistance to balance the fairness, right?” He said nonchalantly.
“Understandable, so what do you plan on doing to Tyron and the Ravenoid Clan?”
“Simple, Tyron would be an example of those who messed with us. As for the Ravenoid Clan, with their conduct of behavior, they can stop existing too.”
Lei Zhen’s tone was flat, but it was crystal clear that he was infuriated by them. Of course, Lei Zhen wasn’t a good person either and wouldn’t have cared if the Ravenoid Clan were targeting other players.
However, they messed up big time by choosing him as a target and causing him trouble. Since they are actively courting death, then it would be rude of him to not give them what they want.
Griselda could subtly understand his current mood since she would have been outraged if others camped at her when she had just completed a dungeon as well.
Just when Griselda was about to talk, Tyron made some muffling sound, mainly because his mouth was being taped, forcing him to be unable to talk.
Griselda glanced at Lei Zhen briefly, who nodded his head in response.
With the green signal, Griselda took off the tape on Tyron’s mouth without caring if it would hurt him or not.
“Hmph, did you think our Ravenoid Clan is some third-rate robbing clan? Don’t you know who’s our big boss behind the shadow?” Tyron sneered coldly.
“So long as you release me, then we shall forget about this incident and part ways. What do you think about this suggestion?” He then added, seemingly trying to resolve this conflict once and for all.
Now that Tyron knew Lei Zhen had such a powerful guild to back him up as well, then he shall take it as a loss and call it a day. It would be bad if a guild war was initiated because of him.
However, little did Tyron expect to hear Griselda laughing wildly.
“Ravenoid Clan, a lowly third-rate clan that targets players in the low to mid-level city. Also backed by a decent 2nd rate guild, Poisonaire.” Griselda said and continued to expose more information regarding his clan.
And the more Griselda talked, the more frightened Tyron became because some of them were confidential information.
“H-How did you know about those??” Tyron asked in horror. His face showed a ghastly expression, almost as if he had seen a ghost.
Griselda snickered coldly as she crossed her arms. “I’m not sure how you people even survive for so long when you don’t even recognize my face.”
She was quite a well-known celebrity and one of the top rankers on the leaderboard. Thus, to have such villainous people not know her was quite unbelievable. If you were going to commit evil stuff, then they should have done their research thoroughly as to who they can mess with and who they cannot mess with.
Being hinted at as such, Tyron finally got a clue as to why he found the figure of Griselda familiar.
pαndα,noνɐ1,сoМ
A well-known celebrity Magnolia ranker, one that has the beauty and the skills was an idol to many.
And if she was to say that she had encountered some terrible people that had messed with her, then it wouldn’t take a genius to know what those frantic fans would do.
Those frantic fans would go on a frenzy to hunt each and every one of them that was affiliated with the one that had caused their idol harm.
Without giving a damn about his appearance, Tyron went on his knee and banged his head on the sand despite his two hands being tied up.
“I’m sorry, Goddess Griselda. Please forgive our Ravenoid Clan and blame me only. I’ll take responsibility for everything that has happened.” Tyron began pleading for mercy and even went on to say he would take the responsibility all by himself.
After all, if Griselda’s fury happened to spread onto the Ravenoid Clan. Not to mention the Ravenoid Clan would be disbanded in an instant, but even their backer, the Poisonaire Guild would receive immense backlash.
‘I’m going to kill those three motherfuckers for picking such an iron plate…’ Tyron thought to himself.
