MMORPG: Crowd Control - 224 Get Out
As Jessica was getting worried that they might have gone overboard with their actions, Lei Zhen suddenly chuckled.
“Why are you even afraid, Jessica?” Lei Zhen smirked evilly.
“If that unknown person really dared to pull such a stunt, then I’ll make sure to complain to the official admin on the webpage. At that time, I doubt this unknown person would even be alive anymore.”
Although no one knows who the real developer of Magnolia was, there was still an official webpage for everyone to access and gain information about new updates.
And from that webpage, there was a function for players to file a complaint, and usually, those would get resolved within 12 hours.
So long as the complaint was valid, the players would not only have their problem resolved but also gain a reward at the same time.
Of course, if the complaint was invalid or false from the get-go, then that player would receive a heavy penalty instead.
Some have even attempted to cheat the system in the past, only to regret it bitterly to no end because they have received a permanent stats subtraction.
“Right, there’s the complaint forum. If we fail because of this, then we can call it a bug or glitch and be rewarded instead.” Jessica clasped her hand in joy before trying to hug Lei Zhen, only for him to easily avoid her.
After getting arm locked by her previously, Lei Zhen wasn’t going to be dumb enough to let her try to suffocate him.
Meanwhile, Candice was the only confused person and didn’t understand a word they were saying.
“Master, what are this webpage and official admin that you’re talking about? Are they some powerful people that can flip the sky upside down?” She asked innocently.
Lei Zhen smiled slightly before giving her a head pat. “No worries, it’s just some terms that we use and nothing special.”
“I see…”
Candice didn’t brood over the matter much, but her questions had given Jessica and Bella enough clues that all this time, she was an NPC.
“Wait a minute, she isn’t a player?” Jessica whispered softly in his ear and asked for confirmation.
Lei Zhen nodded his head and didn’t plan on hiding it.
With Candice asking that question, it was already exposed of her status being an NPC.
Not to mention, Jessica might act dumb on multiple occasions, but he could tell she wasn’t stupid and was actually quite clever. It was just that she didn’t wish to reveal much of her capability and preferred to leech, lowering her workload by a large margin.
Sometime later, Lei Zhen and the rest continued to wait for some new announcement or monsters coming out of the gate, only to no avail.
“Sigh, it seems like the unknown person has really rage quit. I’m going to lodge a complaint and make sure his program is overwritten to oblivion.” Lei Zhen snorted coldly.
If that person wanted to play dirty, then Lei Zhen wasn’t afraid of doing the same.
So what if you control this dungeon?
He could easily lodge a complaint and change the result to his favor completely.
After all, he had been secretly recording all of the gameplay just in case he might want to use the content to be uploaded to the Zero Fear channel on Prime Tv.
With the videos as evidence, there was zero possibility of a chance that his complaint would be denied.
And just when Lei Zhen was ready to exit the dungeon to log out and lodge a complaint, the unknown voice echoed again.
“Damn it, just get the hell out of here already. I don’t wish to see any of you again in my precious colosseum.”
Before Lei Zhen could reply with his snarky signature moves, they felt dizzy for a moment and were all transported to the next stage right away.
They were no longer at a colosseum, but back inside the dungeon area that was similar to where they first started with some slight alteration.
“You are really unbelievable, Zhen. You actually managed to tilt that person off so badly that we passed the stage without much effort.” Jessica had to give him a thumbs up for such a surprising outcome.
Even Bella gave him a slight nod of approval, seemingly impressed by his conduct.
As for Candice, she had a proud smile on her face, almost as if she was saying that was to be expected because it’s her Master.
Meanwhile, the main culprit of this was the one that was truly confused by the outcome.

Feeling regretful for being so harsh to the unknown person, Lei Zhen wished to apologize just so that he would summon more monsters for him to hunt.
Alas, there was no point in apologizing now when he was sure that the unknown person was gone forever.
“Why are you depressed all of a sudden, Zhen?” Jessica saw his pained expression and asked in concern. “Did you get hurt anywhere? I still have a lot of health potions if you need any.”
“No, I’m fine. This is tears of joy because we are advancing so fast and smoothly.” Lei Zhen faked his usual smile and responded.
“I see, that kind of makes sense when you basically carried us from the quicksand trap to that colosseum stage.” Jessica nodded her head and didn’t think much of it.
“Anyway, Master, I think this place is a bit weird. I try to use my mana to sense for any monsters but nothing is nearby.” Candice said confusingly.
“Could it be another stage of Cleanos-type monsters that can camouflage my detection?” She was proficient in her mana so she was able to detect if there are nearby monsters, but was thoroughly confused when she couldn’t spot any.
Meanwhile, Lei Zhen shook his head as he pointed at a wall.
“Look at that picture, this is more like a maze than a monster-hunting type stage.”
