Bella Scott sat alone by Hannah Ford’s bedside, watching her still unconscious daughter, silently shedding tears.

The stitches from her own head wound had been removed, but Hannah remained unresponsive.

Seeing her daughter’s face gradually regain its natural complexion, Bella felt relief, but still heartbroken for her sleeping child.

The Chief Physician of the First City Hospital was explaining Hannah’s condition to them.
